Preaching and teaching Ministry
The Homack ministry is in charge of planning and leading preaching services. This includes coordinating preachers, online live sessions, praying and teaching.
Leadership Ministry
Homack ministry helps church leaders to shape up their leadership skills, to solve emotional or mental problems by giving them skilled counseling and specialised training.
Youth Ministry
Homack ministry plans and helps small group meetings so that people get to know each other better and grow spiritually. The ministry focuses on helping young members grow in their faith through age-appropriate activities, events, debates and lesson-learning sessions.
Prayer Ministry
Homack ministry facilitates regular prayer meetings and intercessory prayer efforts for the needs of the congregation and the wider society. Homack ministry organizes online prayers for nations of the world for peace and stability.

Thematic experience
Owing to the fact that church leadership is a source of failure or success of any organisation, Homack ministry found this to its core theme. Homack has been providing leadership training to various church leaders. Besides church leaders training, Homack conducts seminars to women, youth, disabled and orphans. The latter is a cross-sectoral training approach. It cuts across clusters.
